1.1 Age and Residence

To open an account with basa1, you must —

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• You may operate only one account in your own name — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited;
• Provide accurate and complete personal information.

1.2 Account Verification

basa1 may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account termination and the associated balance may be forfeited.

1.3 Account Security

2.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on basa1 is ৳200. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally instant. The minimum deposit amount is the same across all payment methods — ৳200.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Funds earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

2.3 Currency

All transactions on basa1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

3.2 General Promotion Terms

• Each person may claim each promotion once only.

• basa1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

The basa1 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through consistent active play and engagement with the platform. Cashback terms are subject to change.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts or betting on behalf of a third party;
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software;
• Collusion (coordinating with other players);
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources;
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform;
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent activity.
